Established in 1996, Dynamic Ergonomics is a unique company focusing on
all aspects of human function and its relation to work and human
performance. We specialize in ergonomic and human performance
evaluation. Our staff remains on the cutting edge of the latest
ergonomic standards and human performance tools to insure our clients

Scott Blad
is President and primary assessor. He graduated from the University of
Waterloo with an Honours degree in Kinesiology. Mr. Blad has for the
past 13 years specialized in addressing issues related to human factors
and performance. He has previously been engaged as a Consulting
Independent Assessment Specialist for the former government appointed
Designated Assessment Centres (DAC), and has acted as consulting
Kinesiologist to several rehabilitation facilities, corporations and
community agencies, providing services pertaining to ergonomic hazards,
job hazard assessment, facilitating return to work (RTW), determining
suitability for duty, and creating effective physical demands analysis
(PDA). Mr. Blad has worked in clinical settings, as a health and safety
professional and most currently, as a functional/ergonomics consultant.
He is a Certified ARCON Assessor and ARCON FCE Trainer. Mr. Blad is a
Certified Kinesiologist and a member of the Ontario Kinesiology
Association (OKA) and Association of Canadian Ergonomists (ACE). Scott
can be reached at sblad@dynamicergonomics.ca. Chris Agaton is
a Certified Kinesiologist, Registered Massage Therapist and Certified
Arcon Evaluator. He graduated from Dalhousie University with a
degree in Kinesiology and later completed a diploma in Massage
Therapy. Chris also graduated from York University with a
Bachelor of Education degree and is an Ontario Certified Teacher.
For the past 13 years, he has continuously been involved in the
exercise and rehabilitation industry. He is a Certified Fitness
Consultant and has been employed by Dalhousie University as a Strength
and Conditioning Coach and Athletic Therapist while working with
various varsity sports teams and athletes. Chris is currently
working as a Massage Therapist and Kinesiologist and has performed
numerous Functional Capacity Evaluations. Chris is also trained
and certified to complete Worksite Assessments and Ergonomic
Assessments and has completed several courses relating to Ontario’s
Statutory Accidents Benefits Schedule (SABS). He is a member in
good standing with the Ontario Kinesiology Association.Moumita Roy
is our Office Administrator. She is responsible for keeping our
business engine running smoothly and efficiently. Moumita has recently
come to DEI and she is responsible for coordinating all appointments
with our team and insuring we meet our deadlines. Moumita can be
